Fortingall holiday home - sleeps 4 to 8 people. This is a new house in traditional style and materials on the western edge of Fortingall conservation village. It faces south with good views and a 1/2 acre garden. We are registered with the Scottish Tourist Board - 4 star award.

The house has a lounge with a colour TV, Sky Freesat, DVD and radio, separate dining room, kitchen, utility and downstairs cloakroom. It is well equiped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and TV, another double bedroom and two further bedrooms (one very small) each with adult sized bunk beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower. The house is well furnished and maintained to a high standard. No pets or smoking please. It has electric central heating and electricity is included in the rental.

The garden has a picnic bench and there is plenty of room for parking on the drive. It is a haven for wildlife, with red squirrels, deer, hares and many bird species.

Towels, a cot and high chair are available to rent.
